Algorized releases breakthrough sensing technology in CES 2024

Post on Jan, 17 2024

Algorized, as one of the important exhibitors of the Berkeley SkyDeck incubation program in CES 2024, is honored to announce its partnership with Qorvo to showcase advanced solutions for in car sensing applications (such as child presence detection) based on Qorvo's ultra wideband radar chipset during CES 2024.

Algorized's platform utilizes its cutting-edge technology to build an excellent ability to simultaneously detect multiple life states and distinguish between adults and children. Algorized's platform will be based on the Qorvo ultra wideband radar chip and will be demonstrated in real-time at CES 2024 using the EuroNCAP certified dummy model launched in collaboration with 4activeSystems and AISIN Europe.

"We are delighted to be able to launch revolutionary sensing technology, which is the result of the unremitting efforts and innovation of the entire Algorized team," said Natalya Lopareva, CEO of Algorized, "Our software not only goes beyond conventional perception, but also comprehensively understands objects and individuals in any environment. As a strategic initiative, we work with IC manufacturers in the automotive industry to focus on in car sensing applications such as child presence detection. The seamless integration of Algorized software and Qorvo ultra wideband radar chips ensures unparalleled accuracy and reliability."

Gordon Cook, General Manager of Qorvo's Automotive Connectivity Business, said, "Qorvo is very pleased to collaborate with Algorized to provide ultra wideband (UWB) for automobiles." The application brings exciting new use cases. Our UWB chipset, certified by vehicle regulations, is designed for vehicle safety access and a wider range of emerging in vehicle UWB radar applications, including proximity detection, collision avoidance, and enhanced vehicle access. We see the growth momentum in the car market and look forward to continued cooperation with Algorized to promote UWB radar as an essential car technology

Algorized's sensing technology has not only changed the automotive and mobile industries, but also expanded its influence to consumer electronics, meeting the growing demand for radar functionality and sensors that combine cameras with precise radar measurements in the market.

To demonstrate its breakthrough capabilities in sensing technology, Algorized will participate in the 2024 Consumer Electronics Show (CES 2024) in the United States. On site display at booth 62833 of Swisstech exhibition area in Eureka Park, using Qorvo ultra wideband (UWB) radar and 4activeSystems EuroNCAP certified dummy models to perform real-time detection of vital signs in all seat positions inside the car. The keynote speech is scheduled to be held on the main stage from January 9th to 12th, 2024 at 12:30 noon Central Time in the United States. "The future of smart homes will increasingly rely on these technologies to achieve connectivity, minimize power consumption, and provide excellent service quality quickly and safely," said Eric Creviston, President of Qorvo's Connectivity and Sensors Division. "At Qorvo, we help customers easily and cost-effectively unleash the comprehensive advantages of these leading technologies for global consumers."
