On January 3rd, Deqing County, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province held a concentrated start and completion event for major projects in the first quarter of 2024.

There are a total of 55 major industrial projects (including 9 projects with a total investment of over 1 billion yuan) participating in this centralized construction and completion activity, with a total investment of 27.83 billion yuan. Among them, there are 28 construction projects and 27 completed projects, covering multiple fields such as intelligent manufacturing, digital economy, biomedicine, and leisure tourism.

Among them, Zhejiang Hongshi Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd.'s micro display chip project has settled in the Chengbei High tech Park of the High tech Zone. The total investment of the project is 1.2 billion yuan, with a total land area of 80 acres. It will build a production base with an annual production capacity of 10 million micro display chips for manufacturing and packaging. After the project is put into operation, it is expected to achieve sales revenue of 2.5 billion yuan, profit of 800 million yuan, and tax of 250 million yuan.

Zhejiang Hongshi Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hongshi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. Hongshi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2017 and is a domestic company engaged in the development, design, and production of communication technology and imaging technology. The implementation of this project will help our county seize the subdivision track of silicon-based micro display chips, accelerate the cultivation of new quality productivity, and lay the foundation for building a national cluster of silicon-based micro display chip industries.
