The world's first Wi Fi 4 and Wi Fi Certified HaLow routers are now available for sale on the Mouser website for 805 yuan
Provide Wi Fi 4 and HaLow function long-distance routers to the market through FCC, IC, and RCM certification
On February 20, 2025, Sydney, Australia and Irvine, California, USA - Morse Microelectronics, a leading global supplier of Wi Fi HaLow chips, announced today the launch of the world's first Wi Fi 4 and Wi Fi HaLow router HaLowLink 1 certified by the Wi Fi Alliance! This breakthrough device has been certified by FCC, IC, and RCM, enabling developers, system integrators, and manufacturers to fully utilize the powerful capabilities of long-range, high-performance Wi Fi HaLow combined with traditional Wi Fi 4 (802.11n) connectivity in a compact router. HaLowLink 1 is now available on Mouser at a price of 805 yuan.
Maureen Gallagher, Vice President of Marketing at Wi Fi Alliance, said: "The certification of HaLowLink 1 further highlights the important role of reliable and highly interoperable Wi Fi HaLow products in the connected ecosystem. Wi Fi HaLow, with its long range and low power consumption, is a powerful solution for IoT applications. Morse Microelectronics is committed to Wi Fi Certified? We plan to provide high-quality products to help them quickly become popular
The core of this router is equipped with Morse Microelectronics' Wi Fi CERTIFIED HaLow MM6108 chip, providing users with long-distance and low-power wireless communication. At the same time, it adopts MediaTek MT7621A dual core CPU and MT7603E 2 × 2 Wi Fi 4 solution, which can seamlessly integrate with traditional Wi Fi devices. The device has Wi Fi 4 speeds of up to 300Mbps at 40MHz bandwidth and Wi Fi HaLow speeds of up to 32Mbps at 8MHz bandwidth, ensuring stable connectivity in a wide environment.
HaLowLink 1 offers multiple usage scenarios, fully demonstrating its multifunctional support for Wi Fi HaLow and traditional Wi Fi networks. These applications include:
1. Create Wi Fi HaLow network: Use HaLowLink 1 as the access point to establish a Wi Fi HaLow network for client devices that support 900 MHz Wi Fi HaLow, while providing connectivity for existing 2.4 GHz Wi Fi 4, Ethernet, and USB to Ethernet devices.
2. Connect devices to Wi Fi HaLow network: Connect traditional Wi Fi 4 and Ethernet devices to Wi Fi HaLow network through HaLowLink 1 to expand coverage. Connect the device to HaLowLink 1 via Ethernet, 2.4 GHz Wi Fi, or USB, and then transfer data via Wi Fi HaLow.
3. Expand the existing network connection range: Connect one HaLowLink 1 to the central network, then use another HaLowLink 1 device as an extender to provide 2.4GHz Wi Fi and Ethernet connectivity for areas that are difficult to cover, and connect back to the central network through Wi Fi HaLow.
4. Virtual cable: Replace Ethernet cables with two HaLowLink 1 devices and achieve long-distance wireless connection through Wi Fi HaLow. Simply press the button to pair the device, with simple setup.
Michael De Nil, co-founder and CEO of Morse Microelectronics, said, "Morse Microelectronics is committed to driving the future development of Wi Fi HaLow technology. With the release of the world's first Wi Fi 4 and Wi Fi HaLow dual authentication router, we provide developers with a powerful tool to explore the long-range, low-power connectivity advantages of Wi Fi HaLow and lay the foundation for its widespread application in various fields
Supply situation and certification information of major markets
