Easily cope with high-sensitivity low light environments


Intelligent robots often face poor lighting conditions such as dim and invisible light sources in practical operations. SC038HGS, SC133HGS, and SC233HGS have dual ultra-high sensitivity in visible and near-infrared light, which can effectively solve the pain points of low light environment applications and help robots achieve high-definition image capture capabilities without fear of light and dark.


All three products have a super large pixel size of 3 μ m, with a peak quantum efficiency of up to 90% in the visible light band. Therefore, even in low light environments with dim lighting, they can help robots achieve clear capture of image information. In addition, SC038HGS, SC133HGS, and SC233HGS also have high sensitivity under near-infrared light. Taking SC038HGS as an example, its peak quantum efficiency is as high as 20.3% in the 940nm band, which can fully meet the needs of near-infrared visual perception and help intelligent robots achieve precise obstacle avoidance and positioning recognition in dim and dark environments.

SC133HGS and SC233HGS adopt single frame inflection point HDR technology, with dynamic ranges of up to 93dB and 92.65dB respectively in HDR mode. They can help robots capture clear image information of light and dark details in environments with strong light contrast, reducing the occurrence of high brightness overexposure or loss of dark details, and providing accurate visual basis for intelligent robot actions.


Ultra high shutter efficiency and frame rate




In strong light scenes, visual recognition of moving objects is prone to producing moving afterimages. SC038HGS, SC133HGS, and SC233HGS have ultra-high shutter efficiency (PLS>40000), which can easily handle such situations and effectively reduce the generation of speckle and residual images when various types of robots capture moving objects in high brightness environments, thereby achieving accurate visual obstacle avoidance. In addition, SC038HGS, SC133HGS, and SC233HGS can support ultra-high frame rates of 120fps, which can be extended to new upgraded visual application camera modules for robots such as intelligent recognition, meeting the high-efficiency recognition requirements of ultra-low latency.
