High dynamic range and low noise, showcasing the beauty of real images
Relying on SmartClarity- XL process platform construction, SC130HS with Stacked BSI architecture, and SFCPixel PixGain HDR? With the support of advanced imaging technology from Sitewe, it can meet the imaging needs of various lighting scenarios such as daily lighting and night scenes with high sensitivity, high dynamic range, and low noise performance.
High sensitivity
SC130HS adopts the SFCPixel unique to STW? Technology has significantly improved photosensitivity performance. Compared to single-layer BSI products of the same specifications in the industry, the sensitivity and quantum efficiency (QE) of SC130HS have been improved by about 25% and 12%, respectively, and can output clear images even in dark environments such as at night, cloudy and rainy days, indoors.
High dynamic range
Does SC130HS have PixGain HDR? With both Staggered HDR and other modes, when shooting in complex lighting environments, it can effectively preserve the details of the image's brightness and darkness, bringing a clear and layered image; When taking portraits, the presentation of skin tone and details is more realistic and accurate.

To improve image clarity and quality, the SC130HS is equipped with two correlated multiple sampling (CMS) modes, CMS2 and CMS4, which can further significantly reduce dynamic noise. Compared to single-layer BSI products of the same specifications in the industry, the read noise (RN) and PRNU of SC130HS are reduced by about 20% and 38%, respectively. Under high temperature conditions of 60 ℃, its dark current (DC) and white pixel are relatively reduced by about 22% and 71%, respectively, and its DSNU is reduced by about 57%. It is not afraid of the high temperature interference brought by continuous video recording on smartphones, presenting a natural, pure, and detailed picture.
High frame rate and fast focus, capturing every exciting frame instantly
The evolution of mobile imaging allows smartphone users to record, share, and create images anytime, anywhere. SC130HS can support high frame rate image output in various formats, including 13MP full resolution video (normal mode: 60fps; HDR mode: 30fps), 1080P 120fps, and 720P 240fps slow motion video. In addition, SC130HS supports PDAF phase detection focusing, which can achieve fast and accurate focusing effects in low light or mobile scenes, bringing clear images to smartphone cameras and helping users easily capture exciting moments.
Ultra low power consumption helps smartphones maintain long battery life
Thanks to Sylvia's advanced SmartClarity- With the XL process platform and low-power design, SC130HS has excellent low-power performance. The power consumption of SC130HS is reduced by about 12% compared to single-layer BSI products of the same specifications in the industry, helping to reduce the overall power consumption of smartphones and alleviate battery life anxiety.
In addition, the chip size of SC130HS is only 5350 μ m * 4350 μ m, which can be used to create smaller smartphone camera modules, which is beneficial for optimizing the body space of smartphones.
