On July 3, 2024, Da Lian Da Holdings, an international leading semiconductor component distributor dedicated to the Asia Pacific market, announced that its subsidiary, Shiping, will launch a 4.5W non isolated auxiliary power supply solution based on the Ansemi NCP10672BD060R2G PWM controller and the Nexperia PNU65010EP fast recovery diode.

This solution has the characteristics of low cost, high efficiency, and low power, which can meet the internal auxiliary power supply design requirements of motor control, electric fans, household appliances, and other products.
NCP10672BD060R2G integrates a fixed frequency current mode controller and a 700V MOSFET, with a switching frequency of 60KHZ. It has functions such as startup, frequency jitter, short circuit protection, trip cycle, slope compensation, and dynamic self power supply, ensuring stable operation and efficient conversion of the power supply. In addition, the product can be seamlessly used in both non isolated and isolated topologies to meet the needs of different application designs.
The PNU65010EP fast recovery diode adopts copper clip FlatPower (CFP) packaging, which provides the best balance between recovery time and forward voltage drop, greatly reducing power loss in applications.
